The Times covers Massive, which has done an impressive job out of the gates getting game publishers to bundle its ad serving software. Massive claims to have 10 game partners at this point. This interest is not surprising given the collapsing economics for many game developers.
A number of adware companies are doing similar things in the game sector, however, Massive appears to have succeeded thus far in not getting labeled spyware or adware – the terms never appear in the Times’ story.

Edmonton dominated the Carolina Hurricanes on Saturday night and the 4-0 margin in Game 6 makes it hard to imagine the Oilers not hoisting hockey’s Holy Grail above their heads in less than 48 hours. And it would not come as any shock to see defenseman Chris Pronger, who had another 31-minute night, take the honors for the Conn Smythe Trophy as the playoff MVP.
