ET Solar “Executes” 10 MW Plant In Germany
Maybe it’s just our Northern California sensitivity, but the words “execute” and “Germany” really should only be used together in historical references, and definitely not in a press release headline. But China’s ET Solar has paired the words together not once, but twice in the past week.
Today the company announced the construction of a 10 megawatt (MW) project in the town of Gefell, located about 180 kilometers west of Dresden. Construction is to be completed by the end of this month.
Six days ago ET Solar announced they were beginning construction on two plants in Germany totaling 12.6 MW. Hired by Wattner, the 7.6 MW located in Hohen Wangelin and the 5 MW plant, located in Rätzlingen, will also be completed by the end of June 2012.
Now if the company could hire a better public relations firm or a new translator, we could take these significant business wins a little more seriously.
